AI Native Engineer

We are looking for a AI Native Engineer to help us build the next generation of AI-powered products and internal systems.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI research, and product development. You will work closely with founders, researchers, and business stakeholders to turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable, scalable products used by real customers.

You will own the full lifecycle of AI systems—from rapid prototyping and experimentation to deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement in production.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and services from concept to production;
• Develop AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems capable of solving complex business problems;
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge systems;
• Translate research prototypes into scalable, production-grade applications;
• Improve the performance, reliability, and quality of AI systems through rigorous evaluation and testing;
• Design and implement infrastructure for AI inference, orchestration, monitoring, and observability;
• Collaborate closely with researchers to integrate the latest advances in LLMs, multimodal models, and reinforcement learning into production environments.

Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development;
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models;
• Experience designing AI agents, tool-calling architectures, and autonomous workflows;
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search;
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications;
• Strong product mindset and ability to balance technical excellence with business impact;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RL and decision-making systems.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks;
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, MLOps, and model serving infrastructure.
