AI Agent Platform Engineer

We are looking for an AI Agent Platform Engineer to develop a platform for autonomous virtual employees: designing agentic systems, integrations with LLMs and tools, and ensuring their reliability, security, and resilience.

Stack: Python / TypeScript / Node.js, OpenAI-compatible API, Responses API, Docker, Linux, HTTP/2, WebSockets, gRPC, SSE, MCP.

What you’ll be working on:

• Develop a platform for autonomous AI agents;
• Design how agents interact with LLMs, tools, and external services;
• Design agentic architectures, Tool-Use loops, and Multi-Agent Collaboration;
• Develop sandboxing and secure execution mechanisms;
• Improve system fault tolerance and investigate non-deterministic LLM behavior;
• Work in a spec-driven development approach with active use of coding agents.

What we’re looking for:

1. Programming languages and systems stack

• Core stack: excellent command of Python / TypeScript / Node.js;
• POSIX & OS: deep understanding of Unix/Linux processes, standard streams (stdin/stdout/stderr), signals (SIGTERM/SIGKILL), IPC, pseudo-terminals (PTY), network isolation, and socket fundamentals;
• Asynchronous programming: strong hands-on experience with Async/Await, Event Loop, Stream API, Channels, Promises/Futures.

2. LLM & Agentic Engineering

• API Providers: experience with OpenAI-compatible APIs and the Responses API;
• System-level prompt engineering: understanding of System Prompts, tool injection, and Structured Outputs;
• Agent patterns: practical understanding of ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflexion, Tool-Use loops, and Multi-Agent Collaboration.

3. System security and sandboxing

• Experience building isolated environments: Containers, Docker API, Linux namespaces, chroot;
• Understanding of LLM attack vectors: Prompt Injection, Indirect Prompt Injection, and Path Traversal through tool calls.

4. Protocols

• Experience with HTTP/2, WebSockets, gRPC, Server-Sent Events (SSE), and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
