Senior Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager with a solid technical background who can act as an additional quality and delivery checkpoint for the development team. The role is focused on improving delivery efficiency and strengthening processes. Strong technical understanding will help ensure informed decision-making, effective communication with engineers, and a structured approach to project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the setting of tasks in Jira, the correctness of task decomposition, as well as the relevance of subtask statuses;
- Finding and eliminating Bottlenecks;
- Helping the team prioritize tasks;
- Track the deadlines for completing tasks, as well as the quality of their execution;
- Quarterly planning of the team's work;
- Helping senior colleagues with operational tasks;
- Ensuring timely escalation of issues and risks to management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar/related position;
- Understanding the principles, processes, and approaches in software development;
- Understanding Agile approaches at the Scrum Master level;
- Understanding the product lifecycle;
- Good knowledge of Atlassian products;
- Great desire to immerse yourself in the product and the context of the team's work;
- Analytical mindset;
- Initiative in proposing and implementing new ideas;
- Ability to plan and organize the workflow;
- The ability to organize information and approach tasks structurally;
- Willingness to take responsibility for the result;
- The ability to maintain a balance between the end result and the process of achieving it.
That would be a plus:
- Higher technical education;
- Knowledge of python and SQL.
