Operations analyst

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Analyst.

Tech Stack: SQL, Python, Excel, PostgreSQL, BI-systems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support operational datasets, including data structure, metadata, access control, and reference dictionaries;
• Support transaction-related and accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in line with internal policies;
• Perform data analysis and reconciliation using SQL or Python, identify discrepancies across datasets, and escalate findings to senior team members;
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and clarify data-related requirements;
• Prepare regular performance and operational reports according to established templates and internal control frameworks;
• Develop ad-hoc analytical reports under guidance of senior analysts;
• Participate in automation of routine operational workflows by contributing to technical requirements documentation;
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and at least basic experience with Python or Google Sheets for data processing;
• Ability to work with structured data, spot inconsistencies, and draw basic conclusions;
• Basic understanding of financial markets - knowledge of core concepts is required, deeper expertise is a plus;
• Familiarity with BI tools (Superset or similar) is a plus, but not mandatory;
• General awareness of blockchain and crypto concepts is welcome;
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2), both written and spoken;
• Personality traits: attention to detail, responsibility, eagerness to learn, structured thinking.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with dashboard development in any BI system;
• Familiarity with DeFi concepts;
• Background in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance;
• Experience in back-office, fintech, or financial operations.
