Head of Infrastructure

We are looking for a hands-on infrastructure leader with deep technical expertise to architect and scale high-performance infrastructure powering high-load systems and fintech products.

Technology stack: Python (mostly), Golang, Ubuntu, Gitlab, Ansible, Nomad, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Hashicorp Vault, OpenSearch, Internal and External S3 storages, Victoria Metrics, Zabbix.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a SRE/DevOps and Duty team of 20+ people;
• Maintenance and support of the existing infrastructure;
• Creating fault-tolerant and scalable IT systems;
• Designing information systems architecture;
• Establishing and optimizing automation and monitoring processes;
• Developing the internal cloud environment;
• Monitoring resource consumption (servers, hardware, etc.).

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with Linux-based systems;
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader or in a similar management position;
• Experience supporting high-load applications;
• Accountability for results - understanding the problem being solved rather than just following instructions;
• Team management skills for technical specialists (hiring, onboarding, development);
• Desire to optimize and improve processes;
• Ability to understand the company’s broader goals and focus on outcomes.
